It definitely helps with relaxation and sleep. Its an aquired taste, however add a little honey and its good.
This is the perfect way to be sure you get enough of your greens which can be challenging at times. This is a great complement to your diet.
For the last 15 years I’ve had difficulty sleeping. I have Sleep Apnea, Multiple Sclerosis and Restless legs which interfere me getting good sleep.

One day I decided to give the Restore powder a try. I have an evening “Restore Latte” about an hour before bedtime. I’ve been sleeping longer and more deeply than before, as measured by my Apple Watch AND my Inspire device.

This is my first experience with creatine, and I did not know what to expect. It dissolves easily and is tasteless so blends well into any beverage. About 2 or 3 weeks after adding COMPLEMENT Creatine to my regime, my workout partner at the gym noticed my arms looking more sculpted and bigger. This protein is on of the best protein powder I have every used. It supports my plant based diet and provides enough protein to supplement my daily necessary intake. I have a shake in the morning for breakfast with some type of berries and then one at night for my snack with peanut butter, bananas, cocoa, plant based milk and a date. It doesn't leave a chalky taste like many powders. It is also good in baking recipes as well. Although, I recommend the plain protein if you are going to bake, the vanilla taste may not incorporate in your recipe.
