No idea what the product is like because it arrived damaged and despite two emails I am still waiting to hear from customer service!
I’ve only been taking this for a few days, so no way of telling if it will have a positive impact yet. I trust the quality. The packaging is not amazing - doesn’t seal so I have to put the bag inside a zip loc. And I find it hard to scoop out a teaspoon because it’s a tall bag and the product doesn’t fill it. Otherwise, it’s fine.

Need I say more? Complement Organic Protein unflavored is not gritty in my smoothie as other brands have been. I feel good about the added protein I’m getting to start my day without added sugars and other junk. 5 stars!
The fact that Complement Protein powder is 3rd party tested gives me confidence that I’m not ingesting heavy metals. Apparently that’s a problem with other protein powders. Confidence is worth aLOT!
I like it but price is too high especially with shipping cost on top.
Love this creatine but please put a measuring scoop instead of saying heaping teaspoon. Makes me think you are trying to get people to use more than needed to buy more.

Love "Bone Vitality", easy to dissolve in juice or a smoothie. The taste of it is not bothersome at all and it delivers everything to keep your bones healthy and strong. The bone density test has proven that for me.

I add a scoop of Complement Daily Greens to my overnight oatmeal cocktail. It adds some sweetness and hopefully boost the nutrient content of my breakfast. Like some other reviewers, I would like it even better if it's less sweet or even not unsweetened.
Never chalky, always delicious with just a bit of nut milk or water. Complement nailed it!
I never miss a day of drinking my Daily Greens. It may look like swamp water but it actually tastes like apple and is refreshing. I definitely feel a boost in energy.

I love that these are specially formulated for vegans and third party tested. I have a subscription and it’s so nice. I used to take individual B12 and vegan Omega 3 but I love that this fills in all the gaps. My whole family takes it and we all love it!
