I use this in a smoothie every morning. Love that it is 3rd party tested. I use soy milk to up the protein to 24 grams.

I started taking Bone Vitality a few months ago upon learning that my osteopenia had progressed a tiny bit closer to osteoporosis. I am determined to stop if not reverse this progression. My research took me to the need for a well balanced calcium supplement that would actually deliver into the body what it promised. Complement has taken the guess work out of it. Two teaspoons daily. I split them up because I learned it’s better for absorption. The taste is a bit strong. Best taken with some lemon in water or mixed into a smoothie where the taste blends in. I also eat 6 prunes a day, do weight bearing exercises and invested in a low vibration machine by Marodyne. I consider Bone Vitality one of the essential tools that will help reverse my bone loss.
I appreciate the flexibility of having all the Bone Vitality contents available in powder form without being required to take each in its own pill.
I thought I loved the chocolate but oh my! I just ordered the vanilla and it is amazing. My afternoon comfort treat (packed with protein!) is one cup of soy milk with 2 T. vanilla protein, warmed, then whisk in 1 t. matcha powder. Better than hot chocolate! I also put 1 T. in my oatmeal now and love the addition!
This protein is really good. The protein itself is great quality and texture. The chocolate taste is fabulous

I appreciate the third party testing and optimal nutrient levels for wfpb vegans like myself. I like that the servings are spread out between multiple capsules per day so that I can better control dosages. The compostable packaging is wonderful too!

Nine health supplement after hearing Dr Laurie Marla’s speak about the importance of getting the right amount of calcium each day. Love it! The powder mixing in nicely with my hibiscus tea and dissolves thoroughly.

I love your products. However, I am so frustrated with your customer service. If I need to change a delivery date, getting to my account is impossible sometimes. The chat bot works intermittently. One time I waited 20 minutes. You leave a number to call the callback from Jim is usually 2-3 days later and while I’m driving and I can’t get to my account. I can easily talk to a person with other products I subscribe to with organizations as large as yours, eg Dr Fuhrman.
Ingredients on website did not match ingredients on the bag when it arrived. The bag shows “natural flavors” and “stevia”, these are not listed on the website. Just beware when purchasing that you may not be getting what you think you are getting. I am returning for a refund but the hassle is annoying, I would have preferred to just receive what was listed on the website.

I bought this product because the formula has blended combination of what I need for strong bones. It's third party tested and made in USA. It has a surprisingly pleasant taste.
The Complement website shared some ideas about using Vanilla Protein powder in baking. I’ve started doing that and am very happy with the results. I’ve happily used the Chocolate Protein powder in smoothies for years. It’s nice to expand my horizons.
