I will never stop using Complement - I’ve used it for years and find it to be a fabulous product. The only frustrating part is that I find it tricky to get the subscription right - I’m always getting too much product even when I cancel and resubscribe. It’s not a big deal because I can give extra to my friends but it’s a little frustrating.

I love this product and feel so good knowing I’m getting all my nutrients every day that i may be missing as a plant based eater. The only thing I don’t like is the timing of of the auto-ship. There is a 5-7 day gap from when I take my last capsules until I receive my next shipment leaving me taking other supplements to keep up my daily Vit D and B12. I wish it could ship sooner so that there is no gap.
I particularly like that it has what we need if we are gradually becoming more and more plant-centric in our eating. The algae-based omega 3 fatty acid blend does not cause fish-tasing burps the way that fish oil does.
It’s been a few weeks and I like that this powder is plant based, minimal ingredients packing a good 20g protein in each serving. I use it in my morning shake and whenever I want a little more added protein. I’m impressed with it, so far. I’ll report back after using it for 30 days.

As a cancer survivor I've tried many different plant-based protein powders. They are either chalky texture and get stuck in your throat or gritty where You crunch. One i really loved but working a few months they changed their recipe for the worse. THIS is really exceptional. Now i add a little cacao for cholesterol help but it's good as it is. I put it in a little cool half-caf coffee with organic probiotic vanilla yogurt and a drop of peppermint. Yum! My body loves it!
