I feel Complement Essential supports my whole food plant based lifestyle. It helps to maintain my energy level and overall health.
After going plant based for a year and trying to fill any vitamin deficiency with tons of different capsules ordered online, I finally found the all in one supplement. I no longer worry if I am getting what I need to maintain optimal health on a plant based diet. I love the peppermint essence added, so no foul. smell. Great product and great company!
I have tried several different protein powders. This is by far the cleanest and also tastiest one I've tried. It tastes only like whatever you mix into it (greens, fruits, etc). There's not chalky taste or texture and no after taste. When I need a quick meal, this is my go-to and I'll definitely be buying again. Highly recommend it!
Most protein powders have a strong after taste and they are gritty. This one is the most subtle of tastes that I have and it blends quite decently. Would buy it again. I love that the toxins are low as well.
I LOVE Complemen's Bone Vitality. Now I can be sure I am getting the calcium I need along with other nutrients that support it. I have been able to eliminate separate B12, D3 and K2 that I was taking separately. I appreciate Complemen's attention to the science behind nutrients and their commitment to high quality formulations. I mix it in my morning green smoothy and it's great!
I’ve been on these vitamins over a year. Now I take the aminos too. I am going to get my blood drawn to see my general health. I’m trusting this company. :))
I like not having to grind my flax seed every week to take to work and use on my lunches. Don’t get me wrong, I love flax seed, especially for cooking, but it’s so much easier to take my omega’s now. Another plus for me, is that I don’t burp a seafood smell/taste. I used to take a different algae based oil capsule and burping later always happened. I’m really enjoying Complements Omega caps.
I have been taking Bone Vitality for a few weeks now. I have no stomach issues and take product mixed in orange juice for taste. So far so good.
Bone Vitality easy to use in my smoothies without any aftertaste! Take it daily and love it! Only reason for the lower rating is the package was punctured and there was white powder spread through the cardboard box! I took a picture of it and your company gladly sent me another package of Bone Vitality..so great customer service! Thank you 🙏

I'm starting out with a 1/2 teaspoon. In a glass of kefir blended with a strawberry or grapes. I also add a couple tablespoons of mango juice. It's actually quite delicious and I will try adding a larger amount now.
Qi like having the unflavored protein so I can add it to anything with the taste changing! Good stuff!
The Complement vanilla protein powder is my favorite flavor and I look forward to treating myself to a shake after a workout or if I need a bit of a protein boost throughout the day. I have found that my body feels so good and that I have less brain fuzziness the next morning when I have a shake the night before. It truly feels like an indulgent treat for me and it is good and clean nutrition. Thank you, Complement for giving me confidence in my well-being. :]
I don’t know if it’s from the stress I’ve been under fixing up my house to sell and not eating enough but I havent been sleeping well;since I started the Hers and Essentials. I don’t think it’s the complement. I love it and knowing at least I’m getting the nutrients I need on a daily basis.

It is relatively easy to use. Long term effects are yet to be seen.
I love Complement’s vanilla protein powder. I also like the larger bag size. Just wish it weren’t so expensive.
