How often will I receive Complement® on a subscription?
We can customize your delivery to whatever frequency works best for you!
For Complement Essential Capsules, Core, & Minerals - the bottles are designed to last an adult for 60 days at the recommended dosage, so the default frequency for subscriptions is 2 months.
For Complement Protein & Daily Greens, since each bag contains 30 servings, the default interval is 1 month.
If you find that you are not using it every day, or if your doctor/dietician encourages you to take a larger dose, we can set up a custom delivery interval for you. You can adjust the frequency of your subscription by accessing your account and adjusting your frequency or by sending an email to our support staff: team@lovecomplement.com.

No problem! You can use our passwordless login option to be sent a unique code to your phone number (if you have one on file) and email to login to your account instead. If you still have issues, please contact team@lovecomplement.com
How do I change my next scheduled renewal date?
To change a renewal date, login to your subscription portal. If you have trouble logging in, follow the link to create a new account.
Once you are logged in, click the link "Subscriptions and Addresses" in the grey box, on the lower left-hand side of your screen. From here, you can "delay" your next renewal or select a custom ship date. Once the appropriate delay has been selected, "Confirm" your update, and the pop-up will disappear.

How do I access my subscription portal?
To login to your subscription portal, please visit our main website and select the icon in the upper right-hand corner of the screen. A login page will appear, where you can enter your email address associated with your account and your password.

Follow the link and submit your email address associated with your account. An email will be sent to your inbox to complete the registration of your account and gain access to your subscription portal.
