I have the liquid versions of the core and essentials complements, and so far they have been great in terms of quality and flavor!
It also gives me that peace of mind knowing that I'm getting what may be missing in my diet (especially since I don't want to track all the things I eat and drink everyday like crazy!)
I think the only drawbacks I've noticed so far is the lack of space in my fridge (I have a small fridge), so having two giant bottles takes up a lot of space; and then fact that I seem to run out of the core liquid (smaller bottle) faster than the two giant essentials bottles, even though I'm following the dosages - maybe it's just because the core is in a pump bottle and it's harder to get out that last little bit (i.e. some may get stuck in the pump straw or can't get that last little bit at the bottom), but it could also be that "4 pumps" is not exactly accurate every time.
I also imagine if I wanted to travel anywhere by air, it may be a problem taking the liquids through security.
I guess those are just a few of things to keep in mind if you're trying to decide between the capsules and the liquid versions.
The drawbacks aren't that big of a deal, so I'd say it's still worth it, just not quite 5 stars ;)
personally, if it weren't more expensive, I might switch to the capsules - I guess that's just the extra price you pay for convenience.
