Is Complement Core vegan?
Yes, Complement Spray is 100% vegan and cruelty-free. (And so are we.) All of the ingredients are sourced from plants, bacteria, minerals or algae.
What other ingredients are in Complement Spray?
In addition to the Vitamins D3, B12, and K2, plus DHA and EPA, there is Deionized Water, Vegetable Glycerin, Non-GMO Organic Sunflower Lecithin, Organic Orange Natural Flavor, Vitamin E (a natural preservative), Citric Acid, Potassium Sorbate, and Sodium Benzoate to preserve freshness. Oh, and there's pure love! There is absolutely no coconut, palm, or MCT oil.
Can my children take Complement?
We formulated Complement Core so it can be used by everyone in your family.
The dosages below are based on the Recommended Daily Allowance (RDA) for children from the National Institutes of Health.
As with all dietary supplements, we recommend that you consult your pediatrician before using Complement Core for your children, as their needs might be different.
Ages 1-3: 2 pumps (1ml)
Ages 4-12: 3 pumps (1.5ml)
Ages 12 and over: full dose (4 pumps/2ml)

Should I spray this directly in my mouth?
Complement Core has a pleasant citrus taste and can be sprayed into your mouth. You can also fortify your own food by adding Complement to a smoothie, salad, or power bowl! To preserve the high quality ingredients and potency of the nutrients, it is best to spray Complement on to cold or warm foods (not hot) and enjoy within 20 minutes. (For the same reasons, please refrain from cooking Complement Core!)
