Recommended Daily Dosages for Children
We formulated the new Complement liquid products so they can be used by everyone in your family.
The dosages below are based on the Recommended Daily Allowance (RDA) for children from the National Institutes of Health.
As with all dietary supplements, we recommend that you consult your pediatrician before using Complement Core or Essential for your children, as their needs might be different.

Ages 1-3: 2 pumps (1ml)
Ages 4-12: 3 pumps (1.5ml)
Ages 12 and over: full dose (4 pumps/2ml)
Complement Essential
Ages 1-3: 1/2 teaspoon (2.5ml)
Ages 4-12: 1 pump (4ml)
Ages 12 and over: full dose (2 pumps/8ml)
