I really wanted to like it, but it was way too sweet and the sweetness tasted artificial. I also don’t like the addition of “natural flavors.” I found a green powder that I like much better. I was disappointed as I love the Complement vitamins that my family and I take daily.

I ordered the unflavored and chocolate protein powder, and got a free second chocolate bag. When I opened the box, one of the chocolate flavors had a hole in it, so Complement was very nice to send me a new one and encourage me to throw out the damaged item. Overall, I like both! They’re not as chalky as other plant-based powders, and I like that the chocolate does not use stevia as a sweetener. It’s a great addition to my nutmeal if I don’t want a protein shake. The one downside is that I wish shipping was faster. I waited about four days for a confirmation e-mail and then shipping.

I searched for a very long time for a vegan protein powder with the cleanest and simplest ingredients and I am so happy I found this company. I am a monthly subscriber and use it in my smoothies, chia seed pudding and cooking. It is the absolute best product.

A plant based diet friend told me about the Complement vitamins and how she felt better since taking them. We plant based eaters know there are vitamins we lack with this type of diet. Finding the right dosage of needed nutrients is difficult. Complement puts what we need in 3 vitamins a day. They have a subscription, but you pick and can adjust the intervals.

I love how the capsule are minty and not fishy smelling like other supplements. I find them easy to take in the morning.

One of the bags of protein powder had a gash in it and when I opened the box there was powder everywhere! I emailed customer support and sent photos of the damaged item and never got a response. Very disappointed with complement

I am really enjoying my complement products! I take essentials daily as part of my prenatal regimen and protein powder in a smoothie almost daily. The only downfall with this company is their packaging. I love that its compostable but nearly every order comes with a hole in the bag and product in the box. Complement does a good job replacing damaged products free of charge but its frustrating that it happens nearly every time I get an order! I get a probiotic from a company who also uses compostable packaging but never got a damaged product in the years I've gotten them. So I know it's possible to improve this!

I drink a morning fruit/greens smoothie everyday & wanted to add some protein so I tried several different plant based kinds all of which contained some oil which I’m trying to avoid due to vascular issues. This powder is so clean & tasty + a lot smoother than any of the others I had used. The discount brought the price down well under what I had used previously so a huge win- win.
