When I switched to a plant-based diet just before COVID I wasn't sure if I would be able to get all of my nutrients in ensure continued good health and energy levels. Well added in Complement Multi-Vitamin and let's just say I didn't have to worry. Even with multiple surgeries in 2024 that left me wondering if I was going to have to give in and return to eating meat. Well your vitamin means my labs are coming back well within the normal range and I am back to pushing weights in the gym and getting that cardio without struggling.

Good vitamins for vegans

I have had a lot of plant-based powders before and Complement takes the top spot in two key categories: texture and taste. My shakes are always less thick than any other brand; the taste is less chalky.
