Sustainable and trustworthy

I appreciate the third party testing and optimal nutrient levels for wfpb vegans like myself. I like that the servings are spread out between multiple capsules per day so that I can better control dosages. The compostable packaging is wonderful too!

Customer service

I love your products. However, I am so frustrated with your customer service. If I need to change a delivery date, getting to my account is impossible sometimes. The chat bot works intermittently. One time I waited 20 minutes. You leave a number to call the callback from Jim is usually 2-3 days later and while I’m driving and I can’t get to my account. I can easily talk to a person with other products I subscribe to with organizations as large as yours, eg Dr Fuhrman.
