Great Product, Great Service, Essential Health!

As a vegan of 8yrs, Complement gives me peace of mind. The capsules are small and easy to take, and I appreciate that the capsule dosage is designed to spread out over the day to maximize absorption instead of peeing it out like other products would have! My routine lab work has always looked good while using this supplement, so it's become a regular part of my daily routine.

The product/delivery frequency is easy to manage on the website and I appreciate that they don't play any psychological marketing games. I also like how the packaging is biodegradable. Seriously, great job all around. I recommend this product to my friends by word of mouth, too!

So far so good!

I switched to Compliment Essential a few months ago. I'll know how they are working when I get my next lab work done! I switched from separate Vitamin D2K3, vegan omegas, and B-12. Will be interested to see how the labs compare!I like the essence of mint to hide the algae flavor.
