I am very thrifty so I hesitated to spend this much on vitamins, but when I realized how many expensive vitamin bottles I'm eliminating this is actually a huge savings! I love getting all the different supplements in one easy capsule. They have a pleasent scent too, I'm very pleased with my purchase.

The product is exactly as expected. The peppermint gives it a nice, subtle taste for the capsule when taking. It's nice to know I'm getting the nutrients I need as a vegan at a very affordable price and I don't have to take 8-10 pills a day to accomplish it.

After going plant based a few years ago, I have read so much about which vitamins and supplements are necessary. I was so glad to find this product and not have to do all the research myself. I love the planet friendly packaging too!

I had so many supplements to swallow every morning and evening that I found myself just postponing/avoiding taking them. I needed less so I could be consistent with the supplements I really need being plant based. The Complement vitamins are perfect! After about 40 days of sporadically taking Complement, I was on the verge of discontinuing til it occurred to me that perhaps Complement was a reason I'm feeling more energetic and alert.
