Blueberry Rooibos Antioxidant Smoothie
You've never had rooibos? Yeah, you're not alone.
While it's not super common, it's most often found in tea, we like to throw it in a smoothie. The antioxidant properties of rooibos and blueberries make this smoothie equal parts delightful and healthy.
Ingredients
- 1 Banana
- 1.5 Cups Water Plus 1 Cup Ice
- 1/2 Cup Blueberries (I used frozen, with no preservatives)
- 1 Tablespoon Ground Flaxseed
- 1 Tablespoon Complement Protein
- 1 Tablespoon Agave Nectar
- 2 Teaspoons Ground Rooibos
- Directions
