To change a renewal date, login to your subscription portal. If you have trouble logging in, follow the link to create a new account.
Once you are logged in, click the link "Subscriptions and Addresses" in the grey box, on the lower left-hand side of your screen. From here, you can "delay" your next renewal or select a custom ship date. Once the appropriate delay has been selected, "Confirm" your update, and the pop-up will disappear.
