This might be the simplest plant-based yogurt recipe ever created.


And it's packed with protein...


And it's completely versatile...


And it's absolutely delicious.


Use it as a base for a breakfast bowl, as a healthy dessert, or as a snack for the kids.


When it's made with real foods and prepped in under three minutes, you can't go wrong.



  • 2 blocks of soft tofu (300g each)
  • 2 tbsp cashew butter
  • 1 cup frozen blueberries
  • 3-4 tbsp lemon juice
  • 3 tbsp Chocolate Protein powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract




  • Blend everything until smooth!
  • Store in a mason jar for up to a week in the fridge.




  • For a stiffer, more ‘Greek’ style yogurt, use 1 block soft & 1 block medium tofu instead.
  • Use a high speed blender for optimal smoothness
  • Could replace cashew butter with peanut or almond butter
  • For extra sweetness, add a few drops of liquid stevia or 1-2 tbsp of maple syrup
