This ginger pear smoothie comes with a joyful kick from the ginger and refreshing taste from the pear. It's a guaranteed winner on a hot summer day.
Ingredients
- 1 Banana
- 1/2 Pear, cored
- 1.5 cups water plus 1 cup Ice
- 1 Tbsp Ground Flaxseed
- 1 Tbsp grated Ginger
- 1 Tbsp Complement Protein
Directions
