2. How long does it take to get approved?

The survey only takes about 2 minutes to complete, and you'll hear back from Truemed within 24 hours about your approval.

If approved, you'll receive a Letter of Medical Necessity to submit for reimbursement.

3. How long does my Letter of Medical Necessity last?

Your letter will be valid for 12 months before it will need to be renewed.

4. Can I get reimbursed for previous orders?

Truemed is set up to help you get reimbursed for your recent purchase, and qualify you for reimbursement on future purchase (like subscription renewals). There may be options for reimbursement on previous orders, but that will depend on your HSA/FSA provider.
