I’ve been taking ForHer for about two weeks now and I feel like I’m sleeping better and starting to have a bit more energy.
I cannot really say that I feel any different as I am more concerned if my bone scan will show an improvement when I next have one done. I was diagnosed with osteoporosis after my last scan and I do not want to take any of the regularly prescribed medications they offer. They have horrible side effects. That is the reason I investigated your company and you had just come out with Bone Vitality. You sold out and I had to wait for the second batch to be made and sent out. I am subscribed to a monthly order. Praying it will help me! I have been taking it everyday since I received, so hoping for the best!

I can't honestly review this yet, as I have no proof it does what it says it does. I'm due for my next DEXA scan in July. If my results have changed, then I'll review it with a positive!
However, it was helpful to find that adding lemon juice to the water/Bone Vitality mix that I take in the morning cuts the "bitterness" in the taste. When I mix it into food, I usually can't taste it, but I don't mix it into all of my breakfast foods, because I don't like the color change it often causes (green oatmeal isn't very appetizing!).

I have to take one star off because of taste. I rectified that by putting it in tomato juice with added lemon juice. Works like a charm. The nutrition that is in complement bone is excellent and very important for me.

I’m happy with my B12 supplement because I like that it’s spray shots and while I couldn’t tell ya how it’s working for my body I like what I reviewed about its bioavailability and trust your endorsement from FRN. This is the best protein powder I’ve ever used. I’ve been adding it to my overnight oats and have been very happy. It blends beautifully and tastes great.
I believe this could be a great product, but the two times they've sent it to me, the bag has had an opening causing the product to spill in the box, so I haven't gotten to try it yet. I'm hoping to eventually, and they were kind enough to refund my money after the second try.

After debating the pros and cons of Calcium supplementation with myself for over a year, I finally began taking Complement’s Bone Vitality. I think I’ve made a great choice! It’s easy to use — I currently put half the daily dose in my AM juice or smoothie, and half in the evening meal — and am experimenting with other ways to sneak it into my meals. I like that it contains additional bone-building minerals and is a reasonable dosage, and respect the transparency of their third party testing. Whether my body utilizes it to actually make my bones stronger will hopefully be known in the future, but at least I don’t feel like I could be doing myself any harm. Thank you Complement!
