Complement is my favorite vitamins, greens I can actually drink with only water, and my son loves the Hydrate for his workouts!

I've been vegan for a few years and taking Complement Essential for almost the whole time. My nutritionist was concerned I was getting enough of what I need being vegan, and not only approved, but was impressed, when I brought up the nutrition facts for Complement on my phone during an appointment back at the beginning.

Just received my Omega supplement. It was well packaged to prevent breakage during shipment. The overall taste is pleasant and it does not cause any GI distress for me unlike other oil-based products. I am curious to see how my lab work looks in a few months. The true test will be in improvements that I notice after taking the product for a longer time.

The complement vitamins are perfect for me. I was lacking in getting the daily nutrients that I needed through my diet especially as my training increases. The vitamins are easy to take and I love the smell ;-)
